We work according to the method of David Allen: Getting things done. This guru has developed theories and instruments for working productive, efficient and stress free. His book is to be found in (and borrowed from) the office, do read it!
GTD is a time management method and it's one of the few obligations we have at Springest. It's not always easy to start with, but once you master it, you will love it! (Hopefully ;))

"Very nice to have a GTD review of a David Allen rep that has the same major roles. Sessions is even more effective since Danny knows impact and flow of many tasks an projects and thus can pin point why certain practical hacks can improve your GTD.
Next to that i never noticed a evaluation report after a session (might be because a didn't have a review for quite a while). This evaluation gives some nice insight in your GTD improvements and 'next step' stuff that's ready to be GTD-ized" - 18-06-2018 12:07
