As a breathing coach I can help you become more aware of and to improve your daily breathing habits for feeling more energised, relaxed and focussed at the same time. Learning more about how you breathe can be especially interesting if you want to improve your sleep, increase your stamina, lower physical pain / tensions, coping better with worries and for slowing down a rushing mind. The quality of your breath can be used as an indicator for how stressed you actually are and makes it easier to take action in dealing with stress.

"After the FTHM were Frida talked about this I was triggered to do a coachings session. During the session Frida first listened to the issues/problems I have with breathing (short chaotic breathing, even when relaxed) and then gave practical tips and tricks to work on it. "I've a learning goal to improve my breathing because I often feel rushed during meetings and I often breath through my mouth.
